What is the best way to care for my candle?

Trim the wick to 1/4" before each use, and allow the candle to burn until the entire surface is melted in order to prevent tunneling.

What if I trim the wick too short?

Occasionally, the wick may be too short to burn correctly, but do not fear! Simply extinguish the flame and with pliers, grasp the wick and pull upward until the wick sticks up 1/4 inch from the wax. Relight.

Can I return or exchange my candle?
