What shipping options do you use?
We ship via USPS from Central Florida. Cross-country deliveries typically take at least 3 business days, and delivery estimates start once USPS picks up your order. During peak holidays, timelines may run a bit longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most international destinations. Estimated shipping costs appear at checkout, and we reserve the right to cancel any international order if needed.
Is shipping insurance included?
For orders over $200, we add signature confirmation to help ensure safe delivery.
My order says “delivered,” but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Once an order leaves our studio, delivery timing is handled by USPS. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days, but seasonal delays can occur. If tracking shows “delivered” and it’s missing, please check with neighbors/building management and contact your local USPS office for help. We’re unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
Refunds or Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All items are quality-checked before shipping. Because of the nature of candles, we can’t accept returns or refunds for used or lit products. We also can’t process returns based on scent preference. If you’re new here, we recommend starting with wax melts or a smaller candle to find your perfect match.
How can I request a refund or exchange product?
If there’s an issue with your order on arrival (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), please reach out via our Contact page within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include your order number and product photos, and we’ll do our best to help. (Note: returns for used/lit items or scent preference aren’t eligible—see policy above.)
