We aim to get your Theme Park Candles order packed and shipped within 2–10 business days (weekends and holidays not included). You’re excited to bring the parks home—we’re just as excited to send them your way!

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order is ready to roll, we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow along on its journey.

Delivery Dates

Delivery times vary depending on your shipping method and location. While we do our best to ensure speedy delivery, occasional carrier delays or weather issues may cause slowdowns. Thanks for your patience!

Shipping fees are based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. You’ll see the exact costs before you check out.

Going Global

Theme Park Candles ships to select international locations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may vary, and customs processing can occasionally add extra time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us right away so we can help resolve the issue.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please first check with your carrier for location updates. If your package is confirmed lost, contact us and we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
