Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@themeparkcandles.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) to receive a replacement.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item (must be in new, unused condition). Once returned, we’ll ship the correct item to you.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be returned or accepted for refund.

We cannot offer replacements or exchanges based on scent preference.
